As your doula, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you welcome your baby. I provide emotional, physical, and educational support tailored to your birth needs.
Supporting home births, hospital births, and birth centers.
Includes:

Two prenatal visits

Unlimited text and email support during pregnancy
On-call support beginning at 37 weeks
Continuous labor and birth support

Private Virtual Childbirth Education
Prepare for birth from the comfort of your own home with a personalized one-on-one virtual childbirth education session. Whether this is your first baby or you’re looking for a refresher, we’ll walk through what to expect during labor and birth so you can feel more informed, confident, and prepared for your baby’s arrival.
During our 90-minute session, we’ll cover the stages of labor, comfort measures and coping techniques, partner support, common birth interventions, birth preferences, and what to expect immediately postpartum. You’ll also have time to ask questions and discuss your individual birth preparation goals.

My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with knowledge as you prepare to welcome your little one.
Childbirth educator certification currently in progress. This educational session complements, but does not replace, prenatal care from your maternity care provider.
Birth assisting for midwives

I partner with midwives to provide hands-on assistance during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum care. My goal is to help create a calm, supportive environment while allowing midwives to focus on clinical care.
