As your doula, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you welcome your baby. I provide emotional, physical, and educational support tailored to your birth needs.
Supporting home births, hospital births, and birth centers.
Includes:
Complimentary consultation
Two prenatal visits
Personalized birth preferences planning
Educational resources and birth preparation guidance
Unlimited text and email support during pregnancy
On-call support beginning at 37 weeks
Continuous labor and birth support
Immediate postpartum support after delivery
One postpartum follow-up visit
* Births 1 hour outside of Orlando are subject to extra travel fee*

$50 / hour

The postpartum season is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or simply need an extra set of hands, I'm here to support your family.
Hourly postpartum support may include:

I partner with midwives to provide hands-on assistance during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum care. My goal is to help create a calm, supportive environment while allowing midwives to focus on clinical care.
